The Eleventh Annual 2010 Tahquamenon Sled Dog Race will be held January 9, 2010


The 2009 race was held January 10 2009,

marking the 10th anniversary of the race.


RACE RESULTS ARE TABULATED!!!

Congratulations to Bruce Langmaid, winner of the 12-dog Pro-class race; Monica Magnusson with a second consecutive win in the 8 dog Pro; Laura Bontrager in the 6 dog Sportsman race; Oyuna Gabbard, winning the 4dog Sport race; Clara Churchill, winner of the 2-3 dog Sport race; and Monte Simmons, who won the Skijoring event. 

Congratulations and THANK YOU to our Volunteer of the Year, Jim Koch, well deserving of the award for his outstanding dedication to ensuring that the trails were put in and maintained under some of the most difficult snow conditions we've had recently.  And congratulations to this year's recipient of the Kenny Harris Sportsmanship Award, Stan Bontrager.
